B.Sc in textile and apparel designing will offer you knowledge about both textile and apparel designing but in B.Des in textile designing will offer you knowledge regarding textiles only.

Hi,
Yes, you can apply for Master's degree in psychology from any stream and you can pursue M.Phil in child psychology, and further you can think for Ph.D programs. The Master's degree is for 2 years and M.Phil is for 2 years, but Ph.D in regular mode is for 3 years from 2016 as per UGC guidelines.
