B.Tech courses are approved by AICTE and are vetted for content. B.Sc is normally as per UGC standards. The jobs in IT are in demand. I would suggest you to go for B.Tech.

I think, the age limit criteria is with government colleges. If you are interested, then you can do engineering in aerospace from a private college.

It is 3 years long Bachelor of science program that is related to the field of aviation science. Aviation science deals with the study, design and operation of flight capable machine (aircraft, helicopters, gliders etc). B.Sc. Aviation pass-outs can go for various roles, such as- mechanic (aircraft design, manufacturing and maintenance), pilot, flight attendant, air traffic controller, cargo manager and airport ground operations manager. You need to have 10+2 with PCM subjects.
