MBA has better scope and decent placements. You will have to see, where you can apply your skills and knowledge and take your decision wisely.

B.Tech courses are approved by AICTE and are vetted for content. B.Sc is normally as per UGC standards. The jobs in IT are in demand. I would suggest you to go for B.Tech.

I think, the age limit criteria is with government colleges. If you are interested, then you can do engineering in aerospace from a private college.
