Hi,
With the two entrances mentioned, you can choose many more that are taken by universities separately like symbiosis, IPU, VIT, MIT, SRM, etc. For degrees, B.Sc IT or BCA are two options if you are looking for computer Science only.

Yes, you can get education loan from any bank. However, you should choose a good college with good ratings including faculty, placement, environment, affiliations, etc. You can consider VFX School in London or Hyderabad.
