Dear Umar,
No, you cannot take admission in the 2nd-year of B.Sc after Diploma engineering.There is no procedure for lateral entry for B.Sc students
You can take admission only in engineering or pharmacy sector.

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology (IT) is a 2 years postgraduate degree program in most of universities can be done after any Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Students after B.Sc PCM are eligible for M.Sc IT subject to meeting other requirements. They are also eligible for MCA degree.

BA in aviation operations is much better than B.Sc. BBA will give you professional degree and you will learn a business side of this program, but in B.Sc you will learn only theories. As you are interested in aviation sector, I would advise you to go for UPES - Dehradun. It is one of the best professional university.

It is better to go for MBBS. Without interest, you can't study B.Sc which is 3 year course.

B.Sc. is three years undergraduate course after +2. You can take honours in any of the subjects you encountered in your +2 level or subject as per eligibility criteria for pursuing honours in the subject of your interest. Different course has different use. First, fix your ultimate goal. It is upto your interest, skill and sincerity that help you to make your subject optimum useful to reach your goal.
