1.Course duration B.Sc IT three years whereas B.Tech IT, it is four years.
2. B.Sc IT is academic degree, B.Tech IT is engineering degree with much professional exposure.
3. After graduations B.Sc IT can go for M.Sc. IT / MCA in academic or professional domain whereas B.Tech can go for M.Tech.
4. In terms of job potentials specially in IT domain B.Tech IT is much ahead than B.Sc.IT with better salary package and position in organisation hierarchy.
