Every state has good colleges which will offer B.Sc with physics. However, admissions to these colleges is not through JEE Mains but based on marks scored in qualifying exam.

Student from any background and pursue this course, the eligibility is generally 10+2 with 50%. It is apt you go for Science stream with computer Science since a good mathematical foundation is also necessary for development purposes.
