You can take biology exam also but you have to inform the school authorities so that they can send the request for writing the exam before your roll number is generated and can you sit for your final exams.

A radiologist is a Diploma course and B.Sc in radiologist is a degree. Both are good, it's up-to you what want to do. For admission, you need to complete your class 12th with PCB.

Probably computer science.
While it might vary a little from department to department, learning CS will give you a good foundation for a career in animation (which is pretty much your only option if you want to make a career in animation).
I would bet that you will be able to take many animation courses for CS electives, thus getting the best of both worlds (getting a good foundation through CS, following your interests and expanding your potential are the ways to get employed in animation).

Both are equally rewarding. What matters is in which field you want to make a career in. If you're interested in the management field, then MBA is suitable for you. If you like the coding, technical subjects (hardware, OS, etc.) then MCA is an ideal option. Hope it helps you in making a sound decision. Good luck!
