You can go for teaching. You will be able to work in laboratories. If you do Master's degree and then you opt for M.Phil or Ph.D, then you will be able to apply for many research project and program.

You are not eligible for M.Tech biotechnology program because you need to complete B.Tech biotechnology to pursue M.Tech program. As per your B.Sc biotechnology, degree you can go for M.Sc degree in following fields:
1. Biotechnology.
2. Microbiology.
3. Forensic.
4. Nano-science.
5. Wild life.
6. Environmental science.
7. Psychology.

Yes, you can get admission in the Chandigarh University. It offers 2 B. Sc programmes, one is medical and the other is non-medical.
For medical, the eligibility is 10+2 examination with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: biotechnology/biology, conducted by a recognised board or an equivalent examination.
For non-medical, the requirement is 10+2 examination with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: mathematics /biotechnology/computer science/biology conducted by a recognised board or its equivalent examination.
