If you do B.Tech from a good college then you can get the highest salary package. In B.Sc you will not get such package, for that you will have to do any PG course, i.e. M.Sc. So, prepare for B.Tech.

You can go for Master's after completing B.Sc in biochemistry, it would be good for your career and scope.

Yes, you can go for MBA in Hotel Management. Luxury branded hotels do need skilled managers and they recruit them from B-Schools. If you want to continue your career in Hotel Management, then you can go for MBA.
