If you didn't have computer science in your Bachelor's degree, then you cannot opt for MCA.

The eligibility criteria to pursue MCA is a graduation degree with mathematics as a subject in class 12th. If you had mathematics, then you can seek admission in MCA after appearing for an entrance exam.

You can go for LLB because it will help you to build your knowledge in Indian history as well as Indian constitution.

It is good idea to go for Data Analysis courses after B.Sc IT if you have very strong Maths and Statistics background along with programming and RDBMS skills. You may refer to following link for good Data Analytics courses:

You are eligible to apply for Madhya Pradesh Patwari examination.

MCA & MBA can be good career option for you. If you are technically oriented then you may opt for MCA else MBA. You may also appear for CDS to join Armed forces. As a graduate, you are eligible for majority of Government, PSU, Public Sector Banks and Paramilitary jobs. You may evaluate appear for entrance exams also.

There is no option to complete the final year now. You may still give it a try to take lateral entry in your near by colleges.

B.Sc focuses on the mathematical side of economics. In BA, if you take mathematics and econometrics along with the rest of the courses, then there won't really be any difference between a B.Sc and BA.

You can pursue Master's in biotechnology. You can also pursue Ph.D with Master's degree. To get admission in IIT, you have to give IIT JAM exam.
