Yes, you are eligible because most of the universities require Bachelor's degree in agriculture, life science or biotech but you need to check the admission process of particular university.

You can go for GRE/GMAT. These exam scores are taken by foreign universities for admission. Along with these exams you also need to clear TOFEL which is an language proficiency exam.
