IISC doesn't offer B.Sc. It only offers Ph.D, integrated M.Tech and integrated Ph.D programmes.

According to me you should decide that yourself according to your interest. The demand of CS and IT is evergreen. If you are interested in software then go for CS and if in hardware then go for IT.

From professional standpoint BCA is preferable as the other two courses as mentioned are academic. Indian IT industry prefers BCA graduate. So, if job is immediate requirement after graduation you should go for BCA.
