The courses other than nursing, MBBS and B.Pharma are paramedical. It is a branch of medical, which helps above three to perform their duties to fullest. B.Sc nursing is a better choice because there is large need for this field in medical as compared with para medical courses. Nursing means helping doctors and keep a keen eye on treatment of the patient.

Yes, you can as you have chemistry and zoology subject, which is useful for M.Sc in medicine. If you attempt for any entrance exam, they will ask you for these subjects, then you will have more chances to qualify it. I will suggest you to look some colleges, which allow you to choose M.Sc in medicine.

When are you planning to study in US? To get a job in USA is not easy. A three year Bachelor's degree is not accepted by most of the universities. They require 16 year of education. So, you must research well and narrow down your choices. If you are looking for a one year affordable course, you can check options in Australia or New Zealand.
