You can appear for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). You are eligible for Flying Branch and Ground Duty Branch (Administration & Logistics) based on your education qualification of B.Sc CS. You are not eligible for technical branch where eligibility is engineering degree. You are not eligible to join IAF flying branch recruitment by CDS examination conducted by UPSC where eligibility criteria is B.Sc. with physics and/or mathematics or Bachelors of engineering degree.

Syllabus of BCA and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Courses on computer languages, data structure, databases, and networking etc. are common. BCA degree course program is primarily focused on in the field of Computer Applications, whereas B.Sc IT degree program primarily focused on subjects with more mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. Hello,
If you want to pursue M.Sc, you should choose the subject you are good at & have interest in.
If you want to do a good job after M.Sc then try to do it from a well known university or IIT's.
You can pursue M.Sc from IIT's or IISC by clearing its entrance exam - IIT JAM.
