Hello Candidate,
You need to have scored at least more than 50% in your B.Sc. degree. There is no age limit for pursuing an M.Sc. so, many students pursue it later in their career.

There are Very low chances of getting Admission for 2nd Year in B.Sc. In microbiology. The Admissions Are only open if there are any seats left from the FY admissions. And if There are seats then you may Contact the department Head for the admissions directly.

Yes, you can get admission in the 2nd year of B.Sc Microbiology in Pune University. You just need to ensure whichever college you wish to apply, it should have lateral entry option. You can still get the information checked with the college/university where you wish to apply.
