If you want to do research studies the you can give entrance Exams of UGC NET.
UGC NET is a National Level Exam for Lectures, Research Fellows, Project Associates (P.A.) and on behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education holds NET Exam. CBSE Conducts NET Exam in 83 subjects and at 89 selected centre across all over the country.
After qualifying CBSE NET Exam you are eligible for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). In this apply limit is 28 years.

Both are different. In B.Sc medical, the subjects are botany, geology and chemistry and in B.Sc nursing, there is study about nursing.
