Hello Mahi, I suggest you refer to the DAAD website. For admissions in Germany it is important to meet country specific requirements so check the eligibility for students from India. You must complete 13 years of education and diplomas from India are not accepted which I know of. for more details refer to DAAD.

Your target companies generally prefer CSE graduates because of their superior programing skills. If as a B.Sc-M.Sc CS student you can develop excellent object oriented programming skills with some unique ideas you can get job in a top MNC. Google looks for candidates who have unique search engine ideas. With B.Sc CS it will be difficult to get to your target companies as a Developer therefore, you are advised to plan your education minimum upto M.Sc CS.
