Yes it is possible to do so, you can apply for the entrance exams or you can even go ahead with the direct admissions on basis of your percentage in grads.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Science stream (class 12th) with physics, chemistry and maths/biology/agriculture as the subjects can opt for Bachelors degree as B.Sc Agriculture Science.
