As of now there is no need to give JEE exam for bsc- animation programme. And you can pursue this field from any stream whether its science , commerce or arts.
and for the admission process you need to contact to particular university or college in which you want to apply for bsc-animation after your class 12th exam.

No without entrance exam you can't get admission in any good college coz now every reputed college accepts admission through entrance exam score.
there are private universities which accepts admission on the basis of their own entrance exam score.

B.sc maths is considered as a college degree and Actuarial is a professional degree, having worldwide reputation and great career scope and demand in industry. higher pays etc.

Science needs a lot of concentration and learning. After looking at your percentage, I don't think opting science would be a good option. It is advised to opt a course which you are confident about.
