Better u go for MBA(IT). But try to get a good college which has good market acceptance, good faculty, good infrastructure and good placement record. To get a good college u should have a decent academic background, a decent score in entrances like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT. Then you have to perform well in gd/pi/What. All the best. Thank you.

TIFR is an autonomous Research Institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. It is also a Deemed University recognized by the University Grants Commission, offering Ph.D, Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D, and M.Sc programs in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science and science education. So for your B.Sc, you may apply to IISC through JEE.

B.Sc, CS or IT is mainly an academic course.
PCM combination required along with at least 50% marks in 12 th. After this you can pursue M.Sc in computer Science or directly go for M.Tech
Whereas BCA is a professional course. Maths is compulsory requirement apart from 50% marks in 12 th .After this toy can pursue MCA or even go for M.Tech.
