These are two different areas altogether. Animation is all about creating games, movies, videos for entertainment, advertising or awareness where as medical technology is a serious, ethical and life giving business. It requires precision and quick decision making while using any medical technology.
So be wise in choosing your course as per your abilities and skills.

Hi Ramesh,
You can opt for courses that enhance your technical and management skills. You can opt for an online course in Data Science, Big data and Hadoop, Java, Angular JS, Knockout JS. These are the domains which are quite in demand right now. You can also opt for courses in Management like Business Analyst which is catching fire these days. These can help you better and can give you the edge you need.
