I will recommend Banasthalu, as perspective of a girl. It is a nice college in terms of security and education where you get a chance to enjoy extra curriculum activities with education. But, then also, I don't have much idea about other university you talked off.

Hi, as a commerce student you are ineligible. Prospective student must pass class 12th exam in first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology & English as subjects. Best wishes to you.

The approximate tuition fee for B.Sc Computer Science programme in government funded institutes is 15,000 INR to 25, 000 INR for three years. The total fee for the course will be Rs. 27,000 per year. But, for Delhi University I am not sure, so please do search on this website:-
