B.Tech Admission Process

During the B.E./B.Tech application process at Rao Bahadur Y Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College (RYMEC), candidates must submit the following documents:

10+2 marks card (photocopy)

KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main score card (photocopy)

Transfer Certificate (TC)

Conduct Certificate

The caste certificate which is granted to SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Income Certificate {for fee concession}

For students outside the Karnataka region, the provided documents are the Migration Certificate.

Aadhaar Card (photocopy)

Passport-size photographs (5)

Application form (completed properly)

Total documents required: 9

Note: Original documents will be required during admission and all applicants will be subjected to checks.

During the B.E./B.Tech application process at RVS College of Engineering and Technology, candidates must submit the following documents: The documents needed are original 10+2 marksheet and photo copy (50% aggregate), rank card JEE Main/ JCECE, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Aadhaar Card, five passport-sized photographs, income certificate for reserved category, caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC category, physically challenged certificate if applicable and anti-ragging affidavit. Candidates must attach their recent photograph, complete the Skills assessment form-cum-application form for which they have to pay a fee of INR 500-1000, and submit a photocopy of the fee deposited. Total documents required: 10-12.

Original Transfer Certificate with two photocopies
Original Migration Certificate with two photocopies 
ID Proof which may either be Voter ID, Driving License, PAN card, Aadhar Card or Bank Passbook.
Passport-sized Photographs: Normally two coloured photographs.
Duly Filled Admission Form: The application form for taking admission in the institution
Duly Filled Bus/Hostel Form: If accommodation is required
Student Record Sheet: There is this form issued by the university.
All these documents have to be produced before institute at the time of verification.

The following are the required documents during the process of applying for B.Tech at Somany (PG) Institute of Technology and Management:-

1. General documents:- 10th, 12th marksheet, TC, migration, character certificate, I'd proof (aadhar/voter id) and passport size photographs. 
2. Entrance exam score cards:- JEE Mains scorecard. 
3. Reservation Category (if applicable) :-Cast certificate, income certificate, disability certificate, kannada medium certificate. 
4. Other documents:- Anti Ragging Affidavit, parents's income certificate and id proofs. 

Along with the application, you need to pay the application fee also. You can apply from the official website of the Institute whenever the admissions are open.
