Usually students prefer food technology against biotechnology, but still it depends upon the students interest and knowledge towards any of the field that he is interested. So if we talk about the placement at KAU then it is very good in both the cases, as the students hustle for their goals, so the placement cell arrange the recruiters accordingly. As it has a good record for placement so the university always seek the better opportunity on behalf of their students.
So set your goal and do hard works in both theoretical and practical studies. So that you can find yourself in a better company as you want to be.

Based on the available data, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU) accepts JEE Main scores for admission to engineering courses it offers. However, admission to CCSHAU is based on the candidate's JEE Main score and the cut-off set by the university. The cut-off varies every year and depends on various factors. Agricultural Engineering at CAU is the top B.Tech programme. The average package for a B.Tech in CSE at IIIT Manipur in 2022 was INR 9.9 LPA, and the highest package was INR 45.64 LPA. Some claim that the CSE branch at IIIT Manipur offers decent placement, but the ECE branch doesn't.

The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering and Architecture. All the courses are offered under the departments of civil engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, general engineering, chemical engineering and architecture.
