Chitkara University offers a 4 year UG course Civil Engineering since 2002. It costs approximately 8 lakhs. There will be 8 semesters and 1 Lacs for each semester along with the hostel fees. I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU) charges INR 2.80 Lakh for the full four-year B.Tech. in Civil Engineering programme. YES, you can get admission into private colleges without considering JEE. JEE Mains is an entrance exam required to take admission into government colleges like IITs, NITs, and GFTIs. Name of a few colleges that you can get admission into, without JEE Score: Vellore Institute of Technology.
