There are many private universities that are offering quality education at nominal fees. Not only this but some are also providing good scholarships to meritorious students.
Most of these universities provide good placements and placement assistance to students after the course is over.
Check some other universities too.

B.Sc CS is better degree in comparison to B.Sc IT. It will provide sound theoritical Computational Theory fundamentals which will help you a sound foundation. Please plan your education up to PG for a meaningful IT career.

Fees is not based on state but on whether the institute is private or government funded, opt for government funded institutes if you are looking for lower fees.
