Yes, it's a worth taking decision student must take admission if he or she get selected in these colleges the infrastructure is good along with placement and research system. Startup programs in these colleges are similar to IITs.

No, you can't. I remember in 2020, I got 300000 rank in general and I didn't get even the lowest branch there, so forget about that college as you will not get any seat there even with reservations.
