Admission through REAP will be in two ways firstly, JEE Main and Class 12 marks. Counselling of REAP will be conducted in three rounds and a special round. The Reap rounds are discussed below:

• The registration will commence in the starting of first round of counselling and candidates will be able to attend all three rounds.
• The candidates who wish to take admission through REAP must fill the application form.
• The last date of payment of application fees and submission of application form will be in the last week of June.

In order to get admission to the BTech course at Poornima College of Engineering the student needs to qualify for the last exam. However, the student also has to clear JEE Main 2026 as per REAP-2026. The eligibility criteria for BTech Lateral Entry is a passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of applicants belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are drained.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at CIT Coimbatore has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 13235. In 2023, it increased to 17649. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from

CIT Coimbatore TNEA cutoff 2023 was released for several BTech specialisations, among which CSE was the most competitie one with a last round closing rank of 1764 for OBC category.
