NIIT University conducts its own entrance examination called the NUET (NIIT University Engineering Test) for admission to its B.Tech. programs. The university also accepts scores from JEE (Main) and SAT for admission.
Based on the previous year's cutoffs, candidates who score a rank within 1000 in the NUET or have a JEE (Main) score above 90 percentile have a good chance of getting admission to the B.Tech. CSE program at NIIT University.

For general category candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programs at CBIT College, a rank below 5000 in the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) is generally considered a good chance for admission.
For admissions in the year 2021, the cutoff for general category for B.Tech in CSE (core) was 1405 for boys and 1486 for girls in final phase, and 1695 for boys and 1811 for boys in special round.

The cut off for SIT depends on the level of their entrance exam and the maximum marks scored by any student. Till last year the entrance exam for SIT was named as SET ( Symbiosis Entrance Test) but from now onwards it is named as SITEEE (SIT Engineering Entrance Exam).
Last Year the cut off for the branches are as follows:
CS: 120+
IT: 106+
E&TC: 75+
MECH: 70+
CIVIL: 60+

Yes, you can get admission by giving some other exams other than JEE like vittee, BITSAT WBJEE etc. Or by any entrance exam of college for particular course of B.Tech.

IISc and IIIT are not doing lateral admission in B.Tech courses. The admission in IISc in B.Tech courses are based on JEE Advanced ranks, while JEE Main is for IIITs.

There are several government colleges in Goa that offer B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering programs. Some of the government colleges in Goa offering B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering are:
Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi, Ponda
Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna, Goa
Institute of Shipbuilding Technology, Goa Shipyard Limited, Vasco da Gama
Government Polytechnic, Panaji, Goa
I would advise you to check the eligibility criteria, admission process, and other details related to the B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering programme offered by each of these colleges.

Yes, you can apply for both of the courses, if meeting the eligibility criteria. B.Tech admission in IISC will be based on JEE Advanced only. While B.Sc. (R) admission will be based on JEE Main/Advanced, NEET/ IISER scores. You need to pay separate application fee for both of the courses.
