 For B.Tech admission, you must be Pass in Class XII or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with pass in Mathematics, Physics, English and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Computer Science.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech integrated course with MBA. Some colleges which offer this are:-
1. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi
2. Delhi Technological University, Najafgarh, Delhi

4. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology

Yes, you can do that, but the thing is that the college you had left and the institute you want to join should be affiliated from same university. If this is the situation then it is good for you, otherwise your first two years in B.Tech are waste.

Actually, both the courses are having equal weightage and have better scope. But it depends on your choice that in which course you are interested in it. One thing apart from that I would recommend that as per competition level is concerned so aeronautical engineering has less competition level.
