Yes you can definitely go for a course in Journalism from college of repute like Indraprastha College for Women, New Delhi,St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, LPU, AP and check the academic excellence before you plunge for a change of career.
The college should offer you a wide platform and good exposure to show case your talent, like LPU holds many important events and trains the students on campus and helps them with tie ups important for their career. Similarly Indraprastha also offers good exposure.

Yes you can do a B.Sc. After based on your XIIth score. But I would suggest that you can also go for M.Tech and enter the field of specialised teaching by pursuing Ph.D. after your M.Tech. While doing M.Tech from good universities you will also get a stipend and then from there only you can go for a part time Ph.D. It would instantly make you a professor in a university. Rest it is your wish. You can check such schemes from the website of LPU, SRM etc. Ad check the academic excellence. This will give you the right growth in career. Yes, since you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering you will be able to apply for IFS examination. You can go for a full-fledged course of MBA (Tourism and Hospitality) Duration: 2 years. (4 Semesters)which requires just a pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors's degree (any discipline).
