Before going to pay this much of fee look at the facilities they are providing, education level they are providing, teachers qualification whether to will get a quality education or not. Go for the placement records of college wit highest or lowest package, companies offering packages to this college as a closed campus. After then decide whether you will be able to get at least 6 LPA package which will be worth for 12 lakh fee.

Hello Akhilesh, It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in mechanical engineering branch after completion of your Diploma and with work experience in the industry. Right? I would advise you to stop searching in this direction. Best way forward for you is to go for AMIE. It's equivalent to BE for all purposes and you can study at your convenience. Best wishes.

Hello Jayachandiran,
Your cut-off is very low to get a seat at any of the course at SSN College of Engineering. To get admission at SSN, you need to have at least 190 and above because the competition is too high. So, you cannot get a seat for IT or CSE at SSN.
