There you have to select all your preferred colleges and branches. Then seat will be allocated to you. After that you need to visit that particular college, which you got in the counselling.

Yes, they do accept the JEE Mains score for admission in the engineering discipline. You can get a seat in this college through JEE Mains counselling. Although CSE will be difficult for you with this score. You can try for other branches like IT, electronics, electrical, civil, mechanical etc.
