Hi,
Over 3 years of work experience is a good one and coupled with BE background, you should definitely have bright chances. If you are unhappy with the current work profile that you have, ask your concerned manager if there is an option to change your profile- something that is a win to both of you. If not digital marketing, any other area of specialisation that will interest and challenge you as well as is a need of the hour for the company. If there are none and you are very unhappy with the profile and want to mandatorily choose digital marketing, then start applying for jobs on leading websites and request for references through f

Hello,
Yes. You have bright chances of getting into the topmost colleges of IPU like VIPS, MSI, and MAIT. Your achievement is commendable. Getting a rank under 500 ensures you get into the top 3 colleges. Just make sure you attend the counselling sessions as scheduled.
Thanks.
All the best!

Whichever college you choose, make sure to read about it thoroughly- the date of establishment to career prospects to alumni talk to affiliations and, of course, quick browsing for rankings. It is even better to pay a visit to the college and talk in person. It gives you a very personal feeling. Give special emphasis to the course that you are planning to take up and see how the college can help you get the right platform to realise your goals, etc.

Hi,
1. Work experience - Nothing can match this. Choose a job role that suits you or at least interests you remotely and get practical exposure working in an organisation. It also gives you time to reflect in the mean time as to how to proceed going forward. When you are working, lot depends on how innovative, creative, disciplined and forth coming you are as an individual. Take up more responsibilities and work, build your contacts slowly and steadily, be on the look for resources to boost your knowledge and skills internally or through online support. Initial years of work experience should be full of learning and stretching yourself

Well, B.E and B.Tech are both graduate programs. Entrance level exams and 10+2 is minimum to secure admissions into each of these. They last for 4 years - 8 semesters. The course contents are different for the 2, however, neither one is preferred over the other.
BE has more theory-based, and knowledge and innovation based learning methodology.
B.Tech has practical application and skill-based studies. Both include internships and projects.

Firstly, I would suggest you to take up work post the BE course. This gives you proper hands-on corporate exposure with whatever you have studied. As far as the distance courses are concerned, be sure to check the reason why you would want a distance course. Is there any reason, like to enhance your practical or specialised skills in mechanical field for job prospects? Or is it altogether a shift, like a distance MBA? If anyway you are ready for further studies, my suggestion would be to get a couple of years of real-life professional experience. Figure out things and then make a move.
For Masters, countries like Germany hold a great p
