Yes, you can get admission though your UPSEE marks are not good enough to get you a seat in good college. Try to get any good private college if you can.

For admission you need to give entrance exams like JEE Mains or else directly by going to the private college and giving some entrance exam conducted by them.

You just need to give OJEE for lateral entry and as soon as you give OJEE le entrance exam you will be getting your score on the basis of your score. You have to do choice filling and you will be getting a preferred college.
