The best Colleges are top 5 5 NITs (Warangal, Surathakal, Trichy, Rourkela and Jaipur). BIT-Mesra, DTU, DAIICT, IIIT-D, IIIT-H and IIIT-A are also good colleges.

As per me, you have should go for B.Tech in CSE in Manipal-Jaipur. Do not drop a year as it will affect your mark sheet. Your 12th percentage is good, do not spoil it by dropping a year.

Yes, Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli is a private college. You can get admission via management quota in this college you have to pay the fee first to take admission via management quota.
