In India, admission to a Master of Science programme generally requires a completed undergraduate degree—with no active arrears—by the time of final enrolment. While many entrance tests (e.g., JAM, CUET PG) allow candidates to apply with pending backlogs or “result? awaited” status, universities and the UGC mandate that all arrears must be cleared before the start of the postgraduate course. UGC guidelines grant a two? year grace period beyond the scheduled duration of a bachelor's or master's programme to clear backlog papers, but admission cannot be confirmed until those backlogs are resolved.

Well, this fully depends on the person who is pursuing the course. If you are somebody who is very inclined towards the healthcare and pharmaceuticals field and wants to learn about the manufacturing and quality control of various types of drugs, this can be the go-to choice for you.
Rest, the choice is completely yours. You need to analyze your interest areas, and then come to any final decision.
Hope this helps!!!

Not at all. Every college has its own coursework pattern for the course. Some general core BTech Pharmaceutical Engineering subjects might be similar across institutions, but the course flow differs to a great extent. Every college sets a particular syllabus structure that is to be adhered to for the entire academic session at the start of the year itself, including theory classes, practical training, project work, and workshops/seminars.

The time required for the BTech Pharmaceutical Engineering course entrance test preparation depends on the individual preparing for the course. You should start with your preparation as early as possible, at least 6 to 8 months before the final exam is scheduled to take place.
This gives you enough time to prepare, cover the maximum portion of the syllabus, and do a thorough revision as well, which increases your chances of getting shortlisted.
