Yes, Anna University do offer BTech programs across various specializations. In fact, it also offers BE programs alongside BTech. The University provides a wide range of BTech specializations. The exact number can vary slightly year to year, but it's typically more than 10 specializations.
Compared to BTech programs, Anna University offers an even larger number of BE specializations, usually exceeding 15. However, Both BTech and BE are undergraduate engineering programs, and the core curriculum might have some overlap.

To get admission in BTech at NIT Rourkela, Candidate must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) exam from a recognised board with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects for the general category.
