Founded in 2006 by an Act of State Legislature of Uttar Pradesh, Mohammad Ali Jauhar University (MAJU) came into being via Section 2(F) of UGC Act, 1956. It is a private university located in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh that offers UG, PG and diploma and PG diploma programmes across multiple streams such as Engineering, Management, Law, Science, Arts, Education, Commerce & Accounting, Pharmacy and Mass Communication, among others. Spread over 250 acre of lush green campus, the University is highly focused on the physical well-being of the students.
