There are around 50 B Tech in Textile Engineering colleges in India. Out of these, 29 are private colleges and 20 are owned by the government. Popular govt. BTech Textile Engg. colleges are IIT Delhi, Anna University, ICT Mumbai, NIT Jalandhar, VJTI Mumbai, etc.
