It might seem a little far-fetched to pursue Artificial Intelligence and English Honours together as the nature of both are poles apart, but that is something we will understand. While AI is primarily taught as part of technical or engineering programs, English Honours on the other hand are an undergraduate course with humanity at its core. Although there are few innovative academic programs, combining these two types of educational goals is generally not feasible.
