Candidates who wish to pursue B.Lib course must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria. Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. A minimum score of 50% in the same.

as pe the university guidelines the candidate must possess min.50% aggregate in his/her 10+2 exams, Candidates without mathematics as optional subjects cannot apply for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Statistics Honours and those without Biology as optional subject cannot apply for Botany or Zoology Honours.

You have not mentioned which subjects you did your Bachelors or Master.
yes you can do Masters again (subject should not be the same as you did last time).
I would Suggest , (If you are also looking for a career) instead of doing Masters again - you should do MBA or some higher studies (doctorate programs). you can get good jobs in Colleges / Universities.

that is totally individual decision a many students just after graduation gets employee on the other activities the students take admission in master for further studies.
