Going for higher studies or doing a job after completing Bachelor of Multimedia with specialisation in fashion designing is totally up to you. If you want to do a government job or you are very keen to study, further then you should go for higher studies. Otherwise, if you want to do private jobs only, then it's better you start early because, in the industry, experience is always more valuable than a Master's degree. No, BDS is not eligible for M.Sc in Dietetics and Nutrition. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Dietetics and Nutrition is that candidate must pass B.Sc in Dietetics and Nutrition or in Food Technology or in Home Science.

Yes, you can do an undergraduate course in FD. For which you have to appear for entrance exams of the relevant colleges. The entrance cut-off is tough so
I would suggest you taking coaching classes for its preparation. Recommended colleges are NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, IIFT, etc.
