No, you need atleast 65% in board exams to apply under SDS category. However, you can apply for visa in general stream.

I can find only one college in Delhi-NCR, i.e. Institute of Home Economics, Hauz Khas, Delhi where you can do B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Technology. However, I would suggest you do your graduation from any other college in Delhi-NCR. Depression isn't a solution to anything, working towards coming out of it is. I would suggest you to prepare a list of career options you might be interested in. Then you can talk to your parents regarding the possibilities of pursuing the same. Try and look out for your interest areas and you will definitely excel in life.
