Hello Harshvardhan,
Your IELTS scores are upto the mark. Make sure in all modules you have scored 6 or above bands. Coming to your CGPA, if I convert it into percentage it would be around 57 to 59%. Canada universities Masters requirement is 60% above. I would recommend you to apply to colleges in Canada for graduate certificate programs. You can get courses details from this website: ontariocolleges.ca

It depends on the kind of course you wish to get admission in. The courses listed on this page require you to appear for DUET others don't https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-delhi-north-campus/duet-exam.

In the examination, you are allowed to keep any book that can help you get through the paper in 3 hour's time still hard to figure out the code for right diagnosis. There are ample opportunities for the profession in India, once you are certified as a medial coder. Yes. Of course, Canada has some great universities and colleges. There you will also get outside exposure, corporate exposure, it will enhance the command over language and after that you can even settle in Canada. There are a ton of Indians there. The environment there is friendly, you won't face much issues related to that. So, go ahead and all the best!
