Hi Aisha,
Admission is not easy, many students apply and each have different profiles, some are more strong. So, universities will admit the best as per their admission policies and their standards. A consistent good performance is required, above 75% from 10th to 12th is what most top colleges prefer. Apart from good grades you must also show some extra curricular activities.

Hi, it depends on the exam you are planning to give and the college you are aiming for. Because, the eligibility criteria varies for each. If you have some quota, you will be granted leniency in the eligibility criteria. However, in general category, you wouldn't get to apply for exams such as CAT with less than 50%. Hope it helps. All the best!

Hi, low budget countries you can consider are Germany, France, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, and Singapore among others. Singapore, however has strict employment opportunities, but if you are a brilliant student it shouldn't be a concern.
