Yes, you are eligible. The minimum qualification for admission to this field is BE or B.Tech with at least 50% (60% for IITs) marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university and a minimum of 60% in class 10 and 10+2. The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M.Tech aerospace Engineering are B.Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE. The admission process for the course is varied as various institutes have their very own criteria and process of admission.

The process, by itself, is simple, you go to the college, fill in another college form that requires stuff like your best four subject's score, course preferences, etc. The next step is that if you are meeting the cut-off, you will be required to submit your documents and pay the fee. Private colleges simply offer admission without any test.
