You can apply for the exams of Armed forces like NDA TES Entry for Army and Navy, IAF Group X and Y, Indian Navy AA and SSR and army recruitments. Other than that, you can apply for paramilitary forces also. And applications are available for Railways Assistant, Loco Pilot and Technician also. Applications are available for SSC LDC, Typist, etc. There are lots of exams available after 12th but not for good ranks or posts. But NDA and TES are for the commissioned officers in the Indian Armed Forces.

You need to fulfill the below eligibility criteria:
10+2 education completed from a recognised educational Board.
Physics, chemistry, English and mathematics/biology as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

Yes, you can apply for MA in journalism in any Indian university because for taking admission in Masters in journalism and mass communication. The minimum eligibility criteria is Bachelors degree in any stream. After that a few institutes conduct a common entrance exam for the admission in same course. So you have to search in which university you are applying.

No, you cannot do Ph.D after Bachelors. You have to complete Masters and then you can do Ph.D. No college provides Ph.D after Bachelors.

Yes, you can go abroad for this, first score a good percentile in your class 12th, then choose a top university or it would be good if you visit a consultancy for the process.
