Mr dear friend,
75-85% Indian youth are unemployed due to just holding a degree. Having a degree is not a proof for getting a job. For employment, you must have proper skills and for this, you should attend regular college and work hard. So, if you opt my suggestion, then you must need to choose a institute having more demand.

Supposing that you are an Indian, there's a vast scope for Environmental Science graduates. I have listed some of them.
1. Preference is given to Environmental Science Postgraduates in Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)/State PCBs for the post of Assistant Environmental Officers.

You can study further studies in Agricultural Engineering, there are many universities, many programs and many specializations. If you want to do research you may opt for MSc/PhD. Scope is good in countries like Canada, Netherlands, Japan etc. Everywhere the admission requirements are different. And if you want to study abroad prepare for study abroad entrance exams.
