First complete your UG course. Then, attempt the exams of AAI conducted once a year for different jobs in airport. The job profile of Ground staff is:
It is more of a back office operation profile where they need to manage the ticketing and dissemination of passengers. Their job involves issuing the passengers their tickets, get their luggage stamped, and to handle issues due to late/early departure and arrivals. All about managing the passenger activity from the airport to flight on-boarding and vice versa is the ground staffs responsibility. You can get into ground staff by taking coaching around 6-9 months affored by Soo many institution. Then completion of coaching attempt the exams for ground staff jobs by AAI or private companies.

3 year degrees are recognised by UGC and 4 year degrees and recognised by AICTE. The basic course curriculum is the same and even the industry does not differentiate between the two. Coming to your question, which is better. Well, there isn't a completely correct response to this. The plus side of 3 year degree is that you get into the job market a year earlier and the fees at 95% colleges is lower for these courses. The plus side of the 4 year degree is that in the case you wish to go for a Masters course overseas, you are eligible for admissions in all colleges whereas some colleges do not accept a 3 year course from an Indian University.
