Scholarships are on merit. If you want 100% scholarship your grades should be in the same range, 90% and above. Also, you are an international student so getting a full scholarship anyway becomes difficult. Apart from the grades, you must show some solid extracurricular activities, projects, SOP and LORs.

BMS does not necessarily require gap explanation but depends from which institute or college you are doing it from. If you find applying to full time courses difficult you can check Annamalai University and IGNOU.

Anybody can answer this question based on their web and media knowledge. However, I will give you my personal experience about the placement. I am talking about one of the best universities in India and it is Shoolini University. It has placement percentage of 80% to 98% and all of them working with top companies. The highest package is 12 Lacs. The 2017 batch from Shoolini University saw some big names such as Airtel, The Oberoi Group, Genpact, Pepsico, LG. The entrance dates for UG and PG are same as these:
Exam date is on August 2018 (on different dates)
Result declaration. Within one month after the exam date
Last date to submit qualifying exam result 15th September 2018 for further information you can visit the official website of jamia http://jmi.ac.in
